The story:

As light as the khaki brown on this cute vintage 1980s-does-1940s dress is, the skirt is as heavy.  The weight of the generously flared skirt lends it such elegance and luxury.  

We love the simplicity of it, and the addition of 2 side pockets (a deal closer for us!)
